Her proven track record of taking on leadership roles and delivering success has won her 9 Global Executive Vice President and Vice Presidents award in Procurement Excellence, Supply Chain Excellence and Operations Excellence over 10 years.

Maintaining an open and collaborative leadership approach, Sharon combines fierce commercial acumen with strong project management and leadership across all sectors. She has led significant cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic supply chain and logistics initiatives, resulting in increased productivity, revenue growth, and cost savings for the community.

One of her biggest achievements includes negotiating an industry-first Logistics Sharing MOU with JV Partner Inpex, delivering logistics services to Shell Prelude FLNG and turning around the Shell Bitumen Asia Pac business, on time, below budget and generating over $600M of Business Improvements and ensuring Zero Harm to people.
